Burbank, California – May 8, 2026. Union College interns Ayan Amir and Victor Wong showcased an AI chatbot solution designed to connect disparate data sources and databases through API integration. 

BIS Computer Solutions visited Three D Traffic Works in Burbank for a live AI application demonstration focused on modernizing access to business data and legacy systems. 

Representing BIS Computer Solutions were Michael Macho, Division President, along with Union College interns Ayan Amir and Victor Wong. During the session, Ayan and Victor presented an AI chatbot solution built to integrate with disparate data sources and virtually any database using secure API calls.

AI Integration Through Conversational Access 

The application demonstrated how organizations can retrieve operational information through simple conversational prompts instead of manually navigating multiple systems, reports, or menus. 

The demonstration showed how the application can connect to existing business systems, including legacy Oracle ERP environments, and allow users to retrieve operational information through simple conversational prompts. Instead of manually navigating multiple applications, menus, or reports, users can ask questions in plain language and receive real-time responses from connected systems. 

A key focus of the presentation was the value the application brings to customers by improving accessibility to business data while working alongside existing infrastructure. The AI integration layer was designed to support operational efficiency, faster decision-making, and streamlined access to information without requiring organizations to replace the systems they already rely on. 

The meeting also highlighted BIS Computer Solutions’ continued investment in AI innovation and workforce development through its internship program. By participating in a live client presentation, the interns gained hands-on experience demonstrating enterprise technology solutions in a real-world business environment.
